Is it not the strongest that survives, nor the most intelligent.
Is the one able to change

Many companies claim to do agile. Most of them, thought, do not understand what an agile process is.

The distinction between product ownership and project management is non-existent. The Product Owner is quite often nothing more than a glorified waiter: he takes orders from a boss and relays them to the developing team. The Scrum Manager makes himself indispensable, instead of empowering the development team.

Bosses want a tight management: they want to control the “how”, rather than focus on the “what”.

We’ve been there and done that – we can help setting up your teams, participating as PO, and implement a truly agile development that goes beyond daily standups and backlogs.
